Matted aisles. Daily individual turnout (blanket changes when necessary). Scheduling for farrier, vets, dentists, etc. Use of 80'x200' indoor arena (new dustless footing added in 2010) & 4 sand outdoor rings. Climate Controlled Tack Room, 2 tack up areas, wash stalls with hot water. Heated Observation room for guests and parents overlooking the indoor well stocked with homey amenities.
